Returns

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We have created an easy return procedure in order to ensure your online shopping experience is pleasant, even if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Domestic US returns are free. You can return any item from our on-line store within 30 days of the delivery date.

To return an item, please complete the return form found in your original packaging, including which item(s) you are returning, quantity of item(s) and the reason for your return.

Pack your unused merchandise securely and ensure that the returns form is in the box. Using the pre-printed label included with your order, mail the item back to our warehouse. If you prefer, you may return the item using a courier of your choice, but for your protection we recommend insuring and tracking your package, as EFM is not responsible for the delivery of packages sent by third party couriers.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Purchases must be returned with a completed return form.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all tags attached and any related accessories included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, soiled or altered items, or anything Tristate EFM US Inc. reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate funds to be returned to your payment provider within 7-10 working days.


EXCHANGES

Currently exchanges cannot be processed online. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date. A new order can be placed through efmmenswear.com at any time.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are paid for by the customer and must be arranged through our Customer Care department. If you have received an order outside the US, please contact customercare@efmmenswear.com for information on processing your return.
