Returns

Returns on Regular Priced and Sale Items

We have created an easy return procedure to ensure your online shopping experience is pleasant, even if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item from our on-line store within 30 days of the delivery date. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate funds to be returned to your payment provider within 7-10 business days. Refund will be issued to your original form of payment for merchandise only.

To return an item, first contact customer support at: customercare@efmmenswear.com

You will be e-mailed a return form and return number, and asked to provide information to our customer support team so we can process your return. Print out and complete the paper form and include it with the garment you are returning, along with the original invoice.

Using the return label included with that e-mail, mail the item back to us. You can use this label to schedule a FedEx pickup at your home or business, or simply drop off at a local FedEx store. When using this pre-printed label for returns, a flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the refund.

If you prefer, you may return the item using a courier of your choice, and nothing will be deducted from your refund. In this case we recommend insuring and tracking your package, as Tristate EFM US Inc. is not responsible for the delivery of packages sent by third party couriers.

Return Conditions

Purchases must be returned with a completed return form.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all tags attached and any related accessories included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, soiled or altered items, or anything Tristate EFM US Inc. reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

Currently, exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date. A new order can be placed through efmmenswear.com at any time. Please contact our customer service team with any questions.


International Return Policy

Any shipping, duty, tax or importation fee or charge associated with an international return is solely the responsibility of the customer. Tristate EFM US Inc. will not cover any charge associated with shipping any item(s) to the United States and reserves the right to refuse returns in the event that any duty, tax or importation fee is requested upon delivery to our facility. If all duty, tax and importation fees have been covered by the customer and a return is received from outside the United States, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the merchandise only. Any shipping, duty, tax or importation fees that were paid upfront on the original transactions are non-refundable.
