Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding major and national holidays. Every attempt is made to ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Orders placed before noon EST Monday through Friday typically ship out within 48-72 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. You will be notified via e-mail when your parcel has shipped. If you do not receive your order confirmation in the expected shipping time listed above, please contact customer support at customercare@efmmenswear.com..


MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package.


TRACKING

You can track your shipment using the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation e-mail.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping outside of the United States is not supported by our web shop at this time. If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped internationally, please contact our support team at customercare@efmmenswear.com and we will do our best to service your enquiry.

Please note that all international shipping costs, including duties or tariffs, are the responsibility of the purchaser, including return shipping costs if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
